• Harass or bully other users of the Zap app.

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Zap app.
• Zap allows users to send and receive anonymous voice notes. You agree to use this feature responsibly and to respect the privacy of other users. You may not use the anonymous messaging feature to harm or harass other users.

The Zap app and all content provided by Zap are the property of Zap or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Zap app without the express written permission of Zap.

5 - Disclaimer of Warranties

Zap provides the app and its services "as is" and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. Zap disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Zap shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Zap app or any services provided by Zap.
